If you liked the challenging workout put out by that health magazine with three hundred repetitions of challenging workouts, you are going to love the one with five hundred.Three hundred repetitions were difficult for too many people because many of the drills required extra equipment that you could only find in a gym or home gym. A cycle like this one will help you lose 20 pounds.
When you get a challenge with drills tha require equipment, you leave many folks out.Five hundred repetitions seemed a lot better to me and I chose to use only the body's mass, although other equipment is optional.
The reputation of drills with the body's mass is well know: you can hardly do better for building a lean physique.All the muscles you get from doing this challenge will make you look like a warrior and you can do it at home.
I did the 300 challenge from the film and it truly is a good workout.
This series of movements took in 25 pull-ups, 50 dead lifts (135), 50 push ups, 50 14" boxjumps, 50 flooring wipers,50 clean press, and another 25 pull ups.Certainly, the 300 was hard, although my 500 repetition challege is even better, but you might not want to try it unless you're already fit. You can talk about it in the weight loss forum.
This is the way the 500 go: Prisoner's squat: fifty reps.
Push ups: fifty.
Jumping: twenty five.
Balance-ball curling (legs): twenty five.
Stability sphere jackknife, 50.
Stepping up: twenty five on each side.
Pull ups: Twenty five. Don't leave these out.
Forward Lunges, 25. 25 per both sides.
Clenched fist pushup, 50.
Inverse rowing: fifty.
Squat, 50.
Chinups, 25. You can't change this part either.
With all that done, you will see that you get a good workout, especially with all those pulls. Don't worry though, once you complete all this you are going to feel juiced. Besides, you will get rapid weight loss.
Questions on Floor Lift Jack
Jack points for a 2000 chrysler grand voyager?
I am looking for a way to lift the whole front or rear of the van with a floor jack. I don't see a crossmember under the car (or a frame for that matter). If I use the side jack points (near the wheels), I can't put jackstands there. The owners manual & haynes manual don't say anything about a floor jack. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
Sorry, I forgot to say that I think this is the same as a dodge caravan and a chrysler town and country.
first Jack up the front end one side at a time place jack stands underneath , Yes it does have a frame under it that supports the motor and trans, then take your floor jack get behind the van roll the jack under the van find the rear suspicion where they meet IN the middle jack up and be advised about how high it is and place jacks under both sides of the rear, be careful and good luck.
